The article takes a look at an algorithm of decision making in educational management data system based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process. This technique allows to choose the best of the proposed alternatives, the characteristics of which are vectors with heterogeneous individual components including those that are not clearly defined. The architecture of a decision-making support system that implements the proposed algorithm is suggested.

Paper describes the features of building medical knowledge bases, shows an example of the construction of rules and the implementation of logical conclusion in such systems. The general scheme of constructing of medical expert systems for the diagnosis of anemia is presented. The stages of building a medical knowledge base and examples of writing logical rules are presented.

The quality of training is a central problem in terms of demand of specialists by the national economy. Therefore the need to improve management efficiency by automation of decision support in the management of the quality of education increases. At the same time the problem of developing the intellectual system of decision support in the management of the quality of education is not sufficiently investigated, which leads to the relevance of the selected areas of research. The present article offers the system of indexes and indicators of educational statistics recommended by the Ministry of Education, describing various aspects of educational activities on different levels of education and operation, was used in the research.

The paper presents an information system for monitoring of education objects on the basis of intelligent technologies that helps to increase the effectiveness of the educational institutions. The monitoring system is based on the collection and processing of data and indicators of education using data warehousing, multidimensional databases, and technology of operational and intellectual data processing.

This paper describes the development of information system software for educational institutions ranking. Analysis of the existing mathematical models of educational institutions ranking was conducted; the mathematical apparatus and ranking algorithm of educational institutions on the basis of an integral indicator of quality was proposed; an experimental study of the software was conducted; the architecture of a software implementation of information system was designed and described.

The article describes the development of distributed information-analytical system of educational statistics, which allows to do effective quality control of the educational process. A mathematical model of educational statistics indicators, the functional support and architecture of software implementation of information-analytical system were developed.
