Jan Labuda D.Sc. is a full professor of analytical chemistry at the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava, previous president of the Analytical Chemistry Division of IUPAC. His research interests cover electroanalytical chemistry, bioanalytical chemistry, sensors and biosensors. He has coordinated number of research projects and published 162 journal papers with h-index 27. He is a laureate of the lectures serial Heyrovsky − Ilkovich− Nernst − Lecture 2011, GDCH, Germany, and Fellow of the International Association of Advanced Materials (FIAAM), Sweden.
