I am a full professor at the Silesian University of Technology, Poland. My main interests are mechanical solutions in means of transport, metallurgy, and welding. I am the author of 428 articles. I have promoted six doctors of science. I have two patents. I was working for 8 years as a vice rector at the Silesian University of Technology.
