My interests center on the Raman and FTIR spectroscopic characterization of polysaccharide-based polymers and biomaterials, with an emphasis on probing their physicochemical properties, molecular conformation, and intermolecular interactions. I focus on using vibrational spectroscopy to elucidate structure–property relationships, monitor chemical modifications and crosslinking, and assess material stability and functionality, particularly in the context of biomaterials and biomedical applications.
