Prof. Andrea Bonfiglio is an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical, Electronic, and Telecommunication Engineering and Naval Architecture (DITEN) at the University of Genoa, Genoa, Italy. He obtained his MSc (cum laude) and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Geona in 2009 and 2013, respectively. Prof. Andrea Bonfiglio's research interests include power system modeling, nonlinear control techniques applied to power systems and electric components, renewable energy source integration, smart grids, microgrids, energy management systems, power grid stability assessment, and the integration of electric mobility into the electricity system.
