Xiaoyu Li received his Ph.D. degree in Instrument Science and Technology from the Harbin Institute of Technology, China, in 2018. From January 2016 to January 2017, he was a Visiting Scholar of electrical engineering with the Center for Automotive Research, the Ohio State University, USA. He is currently an Associate Professor with the College of Physics and Optoelectronic Engineering, Shenzhen University. His research interests include battery state estimation, fault diagnosis, and battery secondary utilization.
