Isabel Caballero is a professor in the Department of Agricultural and Forestry Engineering at the University of Valladolid, Spain. She is a member of the of the International Scientific Committee of various journals. Her work focuses specifically on the chemistry and properties of beer and the developments in the brewery industry. She has published several scientific articles on these topics. She has participated in many congresses related to food technology and supervised several Master’s and PhD theses. She is also a reviewer for several first level journals in the field of Food Science and Technology.
