Logesh Ravi received the B.Tech. degree in Computer Science and an Engineering and M.Tech. degree in Networking from Pondicherry University, India. He completed a Ph.D. in the area of Artificial Intelligence and Recommender Systems from the SASTRA, Thanjavur, India. Currently, Dr. Logesh Ravi is working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Vel Tech Rangarajan Dr.Sagunthala R&D Institute of Science and Technology (formerly known as Vel Tech University), Chennai, India. His research was funded and sponsored by Science and Engineering Research Board, Department of Science and Technology, New Delhi, India. He serves as a Research Consultant, and he leads an international research team that innovates and implements solutions for real–time research problems in the areas of AI and Big Data Systems. He is an active participant in academic administration, and he also serves as a visiting expert to various universities and higher education institutions in India. He has published more than 100 papers in reputed international journals and conferences. His research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Recommender Systems, Big Data, Machine Learning, and Social Computing, Information Retrieval, and Human Computer Interaction. He also serves as a guest editor to many reputed international journals.
