I am an Associate Professor and Vice Dean at the College of Pharmacy, Jazan University, with over seven years of experience in teaching, research, and administration in the field of pharmaceutical sciences. I hold a PhD and a Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Waterloo, and a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from King Khalid University.My core competencies are nanoparticle formulations, gene delivery, interdisciplinary research, quality assurance, academic accreditation, presentation, data analysis, and IT skills. I have published several articles in peer-reviewed journals, received multiple awards for excellent performance and best presentation, and obtained certifications in entrepreneurship, project management, and healthcare projects. I am also a member of the Canadian Society for Chemistry and the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists. I have a deep understanding and knowledge of using nanoparticles as a non-viral delivery system for gene delivery. I have experience in working with various instruments, software, and cell cultures in the laboratory. I am a team player who believes in growing from learning and working together as a team for successful outcomes. I am also hardworking and committed with excellent communication and management skills developed through experience as a team leader. I view my responsibility as reaching far beyond teaching students. I strive to be their mentor, life coach, and role model.
