Prof. Dr. Cristiana Peano is affiliated with the Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Food Sciences at Università degli Studi di Torino in Torino, TO, Italy. He is the Guest Editor of the Special Issues “Fruit and Vegetables: Improving Produce Quality and Reducing Post-harvest Loss and Wastes” and “Sustainability in Urban Horticulture” for MDPI. His research interests mainly focus on sustainability assessment of food environmental and social sustainability; agroecology; biodiversity conservation; landscape conservation and development; and circular economy, postharvest thecnologies, and fruit quality.
