Dr. Cristian Viespe received his BS and MS in Electrical Engineering and physics from Politehnica University of Bucharest, Romania, in 2005 and 2007, respectively. In 2010 he received his PhD in physics at the same university with his work on “Surface Acoustic Wave Sensors”. He is currently a senior researcher and the head of the QDNTF group at National Institute of Laser, Plasma and Radiation Physics in theLaser Department. His main research interests include sensors/biosensors devices, and the development of nanomaterials with applications in sensors/biosensors.
