Tian-Fu Lee received his B.S. degree in applied mathematics from National Chung Hsing University, Taiwan, his M.S. degree in computer science and information engineering from National Chung Cheng University, Taiwan, and his Ph.D. degree from the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering, National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan. He works as a professor in the Department of Medical Informatics and the Institute of Medical Sciences, Tzu Chi University. His research interests include cryptography, network security, medical information security, wireless networks, sensor networks, and HIPAA privacy/security regulations.
