At present, multinational and regional educational agencies and researchers have used academic development and global citizenship training to increase globalization. However, owing to the existence of emerging policies, these innovations have raised issues in the educational sector. Therefore, in this paper, EP-SE has been proposed for enhancing the sustainable environment in education and global citizenship. EP-SE seeks to elucidate the educational developments and reveal the part played by non-discursive components in ensuring global citizenship cooperation. The emerging policies for sustainable development emphasize the importance of moral ideals, personal accountability, and engaged global citizenship. Capitalist debate impartially privileges a real economy based on the individual and enhanced income. EP-SE has been developed within the current commodity conditions, critical democracy, and threats to educational development and can serve as a model for sustainable global citizenship development. The experimental results suggest that the proposed model achieves the highest performance compared with the other existing methods.

With the globalization of industry, the ecological crisis has become more serious. The sustainable development of the environment is being challenged. College students bear the important responsibility of future social development and environmental construction; therefore, it is imperative to promote the ecological civilization education of college students. This study expects to use structural equation modeling to analyze the current situation of college students’ ecological civilization education and its problems, to study the internal mechanism of college students’ ecological civilization education influencing factors, and to provide a path for cultivating college students’ ecological civilization literacy. In this study, a conceptual model of the current status of college students’ ecological civilization education was constructed by using structural equations after a questionnaire survey of 136 college students randomly sampled from six colleges and universities, so as to empirically analyze the current status of contemporary college students’ ecological civilization education. The results of the study show that social impact and school education are positively related to students’ ecological sense of civilization; social impact is positively related to educational affinity; and educational affinity is positively related to school education. Based on the conclusions of the study, the practical paths of enriching teaching content, strengthening teachers’ ability, formulating policies and regulations, and building an online environment are proposed to enhance the level of college students’ ecological civilization education and cultivate their ecological sense of civilization, thus promoting environmental sustainability.

Through shipping service adaptability measurement, selecting shipping services that are more adaptable to preferences such as low cost, high efficiency, safety, and obvious emission reduction can achieve synergistic optimization of green shipping management. The study takes green shipping service adaptability as the research theme; explores three aspects, i.e., shipping safety, shipping rate and shipping choice preference, related to the evaluation and selection of a green shipping service; constructs the green shipping service adaptability evaluation index system including safety index, freight rate index and choice preference index; and applies fuzzy-exact by processing the historical data from H shipping company in Hainan Province, China. Bayesian net is applied to calculate the shipping safety adaptation degree of the transportation object. The theory of shipping service adaptability proposed in the paper can be applied to the fields of shipping supplier selection and shipping company’s detection of shipping object status. The fuzzy-exact Bayesian network method chosen in the paper can solve the problem of incomplete state coverage of the Bayesian network and correct the situation that some edge probabilities are unreasonable.

Capitalism was always dishonest. However, capitalism has generated massive wealth. Capitalism has been linked to exploitation, wealth inequality, economic collapse, and world strife. Political economy has studied capitalism’s multiple faces. Can capitalism’s problems be eliminated while retaining its benefits, as proponents claim? Capitalism can only be eliminated by limiting or abolishing it, say some critics. This issue’s outcome is largely influenced by theory. Economists believe markets are fair for assessing and rewarding economic contributions to society. Individual inadequacy, not market dominance, causes social and individual problems. The Marxian notion that production relations underpin every society is the key to understanding the contemporary breakdown of order. Class structures sustain political, cultural, and ideological institutions. New production relations, or “no class” interactions, are needed to create a postcapitalist society. Just as new economic relationships arose over the centuries during Europe’s transition from feudalism to industrial capitalism, and a new society developed on the foundation of these systems, so new manifestations of monumental growth in production will evolve in the coming generations to reduce crisis-stricken times. Banks needed a rescue after the global economy collapsed in late 2007. Market economies are not self-regulating. Since it upended traditional patterns of thinking, the disaster allowed people to reconsider long-standing issues that had never been resolved. After the crisis, Marx’s “Capital” sold well worldwide, according to booksellers. Marxism is making a return. Due to its critical legacy in the humanities and social sciences, Marxism cannot be confined in a 19th-century framework. Marx permeated our water and air even while he was rejected. Marxism is everywhere in the 21st century. Modern Marxism supports entrepreneurship and free enterprise if they improve society.

Image fusion is the method of merging information from many images of the same scene taken from various sensors. In this paper, a fusion method based on CLAHE and sparse representation is proposed, which can effectively extract the texture detail information of visible image and infrared image. Firstly, CLAHE and adaptive smoothing filtering is aimed to improve the contrast of the image. Sparse representation is aimed to fuse visible and infrared image. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can obtain state-of-the-art performance than DWT and NSCT algorithm.
