I obtained my Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Kalyani, India, in 2018. My academic career is interdisciplinary in nature, spanning physics, materials science, and electrical engineering, with a strong focus on organic and hybrid electronic and optoelectronic devices. Currently as a Research Professor my research is centered on investigating fundamental physical processes in organic-based electronic and optoelectronic devices, with strong expertise in the synthesis, processing, and characterization of conjugated polymers and hybrid nanocomposites, charge transport mechanisms, crystallization kinetics, and dielectric relaxation phenomena. My current work focuses on the fabrication, characterization, and simulation-driven optimization of organic electronic devices, including organic photovoltaic cells, nanogenerators, and organic field-effect transistors, with the aim of enhancing device performance and stability for next-generation energy and electronic applications.
