Tafadzwa Kaseke is an academic and researcher with research interests on nutritional qualities, bioactive phytochemicals, functional properties and value addition of horticultural produce, by-products and indigenous African foods. Currently Tafadzwa Kaseke is working on a project on value addition of pomegranate seed oil that will lead to the attainment of a PhD qualification.
