Dr. Muhammad Sohaib is currently serving as Associate Professor in the Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition, University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Lahore. He completed Ph.D. in Food Technology in 2015 and has worked as a Visiting Research Scholar in the Department of Animal Science, Iowa State University of Science and Technology, USA. He is currently working on food safety and nutritional domains of different foods, particularly fruit, vegetable, and meat products for extending shelf life and on exploring the nutritional value of the products. He is a life-time member of the Pakistan Society of Food Scientists and Technologists as well as the Institute of Food Technologists. He has also presented his research work at national and international forums.
