Dr. Fulin Fan is an Associate Professor at the Key Laboratory of Energy Storage and Power Conversion Technology of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, School of Electrical Engineering, Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, China. He received his PhD degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, UK, and has been selected in the National Young Talents Programme of China and awarded the Exceptional Promise by the Royal Academy of Engineering, UK.
