Margaretha Morsink is currently a master student in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Twente, with the specialization in Bioengineering Technologies. She completed her bachelor's programme at the University of Twente at the Developmental BioEngineering group with her research on encapsulating MSCs using a microfluidic system. She completed a research traineeship at Harvard Medical School in the Shin Laboratory on a 3D model of liver fibrosis. Currently, she is working with the Applied Stem Cell Technologies group at the University of Twente to complete her master degree. Her main interests include organ-on-a-chip devices, tissue engineering, and stem cell technologies.
