Prof. Dr. Anna Oniszczuk is a head of the Department of Inorganic Chemistry at the Medical University of Lublin, Poland. Prof. Dr. Oniszczuk’s research interests mainly focus on natural products; polyphenols; phenolic compounds; functional foods; extraction methods; chromatography; and medical chemistry. Prof. Dr. Oniszczuk’s scientific output includes 87 publications in various journals with an h-index of 25 (Scopus, March 2024).
