Oceanographer by the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC). Master in Geosciences (Marine Geology) by the Postgraduate Program in Geosciences (PPGGEO) at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS). PhD in Geosciences (Marine Geology) from UFRGS (PPGGEO). He is also an Agricultural Technician by the Instituto Federal Catarinense (IFC). He works as a researcher and consultant in studies of several areas of knowledge of Geosciences. He is a collaborating member of the Laboratory of Applied Geotechnologies at UFRGS and an independent consultant in Geosciences & Environment. He was Special Advisor for Environmental Management at the Itapoá City / SC.
