M. Carmen Aguilar-Luzón, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor of Social Psychology at the University of Granada (Spain). Her doctoral dissertation (2006) received the highest academic distinction and was honored with the Outstanding Doctorate Award of Social Sciences. She has lectured in the Department of Social Psychology of this university since 2008. She has belonged to the research group “Values, Beliefs, and Attitudes” (VALCREAC) since 2000. Her research interests lie mainly in the analysis of the relationships between social values, attitudes, and other psychosocial constructs when predicting different individual and collective behaviors in the environmental context. Doctor M. Carmen Aguilar-Luzón is director of the Special Research and Transfer Programme in the Vice-Rector’s Office for Scientific Policy and Research of the University of Granada.
