I am a PhD student in Molecular and Translational Medicine with a background in Nutrition. My primary research topic relates to the interface between diet, gut microbiota and host health in human models. My practical skills and knowledge include molecular biology techniques, bacterial DNA sequencing and biocomputational statistical analysis. I have experience in collecting and processing food records, 24-hour dietary recalls and/or food frequency questionnaires, including data cleaning, data management and data analysis.
