Biography
Juan Francisco Delgado, MD is a cardiologist senior consultant and head of the Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Program, 12 de Octubre Hospital, Madrid, Spain. He graduated as a physician in 1996 and obtained a Ph.D. degree in 1998. He is a Full Professor at the Complutense University, Madrid, and he is in charge of pre-graduated teaching. He has published over 262 original papers and acts as an editorial board member for The Journal for Heart and Lung transplantation, American Journal of Cardiology, Circulation, and Rev Esp Cardiol.
