Professor Rui Han received his Ph.D. from the Institute of Acoustics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, in 2011. He is currently a professor at the National Network New Media Engineering Research Center, Institute of Acoustics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the School of Electronic, Electrical and Communication Engineering, University of Chinese Academy of Sciences. His research interests include future networks, Information-Centric Networking (ICN), and computing power networks.
