Mosaad Khadr is an Associate Professor in Irrigation and Hydraulics Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering, Tanta University, Egypt, with an emphasis on water resources management. The author completed a B.Sc. in Civil Eng. (Structural Engineering) in 1997 and an M.Sc. in Civil Engineering in 2002, Irrigation and Hydraulic Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Tanta University, Egypt. In 2011, he completed a Ph.D. in Water Resources Management, University of Wuppertal, Germany. He has also contributed to his field by writing numerous articles for national and international journals and being a supervisor and adviser of M.Sc. and Ph.D. students in hydrological studies.
