Patrice Le Pape has contributed to more than 120 publications and book chapters and eight patents. He is the founder of a Mycobiotics start-up devoted to diagnosis in medical mycology. He is the co-founder and former president (2012-2015) of the French National Consortium for Antiparasitic and Antifungal Chemotherapy (CaPF), including 26 French research laboratories from Universities, INSERM, CNRS, and INRA.
