Liming He received his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees from Northeastern University, Shenyang, China, in 2006, 2008, and 2014, respectively. From 2015 to 2017, he was a post-doctoral researcher at Hokkaido University, Japan. He is currently an associate professor in the department of Geodesy and Geomatics, Northeastern University, Shenyang, China. His research interests include satellite geodesy (GNSS/InSAR), disaster remote sensing, and intelligent navigation and remote sensing.
