Liang Zhongwei is a Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, and Postdoctoral Supervisor at the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Institute of Intelligent Manufacturing Engineering, Guangzhou University. He received a Ph.D. and was a postdoctoral fellow with the excellent talents of "Thousands of Hundred and Ten Projects" of Guangdong Higher Education Institution. He is a leader of the Science and Technology Innovation Team of Guangdong Higher Education Institution, leader of Innovative Academic Team of Guangzhou Education System, high-level talents of Guangzhou, the first batch of "Guangzhou Scholars". He is also the first "Guangzhou Scholar" Specially Appointed Professor and young top-notch talents, excellent young innovative talents of Guangdong higher education institutions. He has been a postdoctoral fellow, visiting scholar and visiting professor at South China University of Technology, Zhejiang University, University of New South Wales, Australia and Northwestern University, USA.
