Civil Engineer of Santo Tomas University. He has a master's degree in sanitary engineering from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina, and a master's degree in civil engineering from Santo Tomas University, Colombia. He received his Ph.D. at the University of Salamanca, Spain. Likewise, he is a consultant in the environmental and education areas. He was a professor and previous dean of the Faculty of Environmental Engineering at Santo Tomas University. Since 2022, has been the Senior Director of International House, Vancouver, Canada.
