Lena Golubewa received her Bachelor's and Master’s degrees from the Department of Biophysics, Faculty of Physics, Belarusian State University (BSU), and her PhD degree in Physics with a focus on SERS from the State Research Institute Center for Physical Sciences and Technology (FTMC) and Vilnius University (joint PhD Program). She worked as a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Higher Mathematics and Mathematical Physics and as a researcher at the Department of Biophysics, BSU, and later at the Laboratory of Nanoelectromagnetics, INP BSU. She is currently continuing her research in the Department of Molecular Compounds Physics, FTMC. Her current research focuses on the biomedical applications of black silicon-based SERS substrates, spectroscopic and microscopic analysis of cancer tissue and the interaction of cancer cells with theragnostic nano-agents supported by machine learning analysis.
