Prof. James Kit-Hon Tsoi is an Associate Professor of Dental Materials Science, Assistant Dean of Innovation, and a “Clinical AI” Research Theme leader at the Faculty of Dentistry of the University of Hong Kong. He received his B.Sc. in Applied and Analytical Chemistry and Ph.D. in Dental Materials Science, both from HKU. He is actively engaged in a number of research areas including dental materials science, biomaterials in relation to dentistry, and key technologies in dentistry such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Digital Dentistry.
