Dr. Olja Šovljanski is currently a Research Associate at the Department of Biotechnology, University of Novi Sad, Serbia. She graduated in Biochemical Engineering from the University of Novi Sad in 2017. She is a professional researcher in the field of microbiological processing and control of food production and storage processes, while microbiological quality and innovation in applied microbiology and biotechnology are the main focus of her research interests.
