Kubryakov Arseniy Alexandrovich was born in 1985. Since 2006, he has been working as a researcher at the Marine Hydrophysical Institute in the Department of Remote Research Methods. He is also the head of the Laboratory of Innovative Methods and Means of Oceanological Research. In 2012, he defended his PhD thesis in geophysics on the topic “Dynamic characteristics of the upper layer of the Black Sea by altimetric measurements".
