I have carried out two research stays, in 2009, in Spain, at the Public University of Navarra (UPNA) and, in 2011, in Switzerland, at the Federal Polytechnic School of Lausanne (EPFL). I am a Special Issue Editor of Sustainability Magazine (MDPI, Switzerland), Lead Editor of the CRC Press Book Cashew Apple: Opportunities for Industrialization (ISBN 978-1-032-22934-8), and Editor of the Nova Book Science The Cassava crop. Cultivation, Potential Uses and Food Security. I have published 2 book chapters, 13 scientific articles, I have 67 citations, with an h index of 5 and an i10 index of 3. I have attended 35 scientific events in countries such as India, the United States, Guatemala, Colombia, Spain, Italy, and Venezuela.
