Dr. Zakariya Kaneesamkandi is an Associate professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at King Saud University, Riyad. He has a Ph.D. in energy engineering and has several years of teaching and research experience. He has a patent in the area of solar energy and is a certified energy manager from the Association of Energy Engineers. His area of research includes solar photovoltaic panel thermal management, solar thermal applications, waste-to-energy conversion and process energy conservation.
