My name is Maialen Vázquez-Polo and I was born in Errenteria (Basque Country). I graduated in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of the Basque Country (UPV / EHU) in 2019. I have completed the Master's Degree in Nutrition and Health at the University of the Basque Country (UPV / EHU) in 2020. I am currently a student PhD in Nutrigenomics and Personalized Nutrition. I am doing my doctorate at the University of the Basque Country, at the Faculty of Pharmacy (Vitoria-Gasteiz), at the Department of Pharmacy and Food Sciences. I am doing my doctoral thesis in the GLUTEN3S research group with the aim of transferring scientific knowledge about a healthy and balanced diet, celiac disease and gluten-free diet to the general population, and more specifically, to the celiac population.
