Zsolt Szalay received an M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering in 1995 from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics and an M.Sc. in Business Administration in 1997. He received a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering in 2002. Zsolt Szalay acts as associate professor and head of the department at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics, Hungary. He has written more than 200 scientific publications. His fields of research include advanced automotive technologies, IoT telematics, and security of vehicle Cyber-Physical Systems.
