About Me
I am currently an assistant professor in the Biology Department at Jazan University. I received my undergraduate degree in microbiology from Umm Al-Qura University - KSA, a master's degree in Plant and Environmental Sciences from Clemson University - USA, and Ph.D. in Soil Sciences from Texas A&M University - USA. My research activity is currently focusing on the role of mycorrhizal fungi in improving plant growth, the soil microbial community in contaminated areas, and the role of microbes in soil fertility.
