This study examines the factors that influence individual intentions towards the adoption of full electric vehicles. A sample including 308 respondents was collected on the streets of Macau. The collected data were analysed by confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modelling. The results demonstrate that environmental concerns and the perception of environmental policy are antecedent factors of the perception of full electric vehicles, which influences the behavioural intention to purchase full electric vehicles. This study also finds that the perception of economic benefit is one of the key factors influencing the adoption of full electric vehicles. Vehicle operators seek economic benefits from future long-term fuel savings, high energy efficiency, and cheap electricity. Thus, a government striving to promote low-carbon transportation needs to scale up its efforts to enhance citizens’ environmental concerns and to establish proper environmental policy as well as to provide long-term financial and strategic support for electric vehicles.

However, how to achieve the sustainable and stable improvement of the enterprise synergy innovation in a supply chain cooperative network is a common topic of research. Based on a survey of 236 enterprises in 53 supply chain cooperative networks, this study found: (1) Integrative leadership has a positive impact on the enterprise synergy innovation performance in a supply chain cooperative network; (2) Knowledge integration and network relationship embeddedness play partial mediating roles between integrative leadership and the enterprise synergy innovation performance, respectively; (3) Knowledge integration and network relationship embeddedness play a sequenced mediating role between integrative leadership and the enterprise synergy innovation performance; (4) The partial mediation role of knowledge integration and network relationship embeddedness are of no significant difference; however, their single mediating roles are greater than that of the sequenced mediating role of knowledge integration and network relationship embeddedness. This paper further emphasizes the key role of the core organization leadership in a cooperative network and discusses its functional route, which is of great importance in developing the theory system of leadership and providing guidance for the cooperation of the supply chain.

In the context of an increasingly volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) business environment, the ability of an enterprise to develop a robust and resilient business model is critical for its long-term sustainability. Although existing research has delved into the relationship between enterprise behavior and business model resilience, most of these studies, which predominantly adopt an enterprise-centric perspective, rely on qualitative methodologies. Consequently, there is a notable gap in quantitative research examining the relationship between enterprise–user interaction and business model resilience. To bridge this research gap, this study, grounded in dynamic capability theory, conducts an empirical investigation using a sample of 300 questionnaires to explore the intricate internal mechanisms underlying the impact of enterprise–user interaction on business model resilience. The findings reveal that enterprises engaging in more frequent interactions with users tend to exhibit stronger business model resilience. Furthermore, dynamic capability serves as a mediating mechanism in the relationship between enterprise–user interaction and business model resilience. Additionally, knowledge-oriented leadership, as an emerging leadership style, plays a moderating role in the relationship between enterprise–user interaction and dynamic capability, as well as in the mediating effect of dynamic capability. This study contributes to the literature by deepening the understanding of the interplay between enterprise–user interaction and business model resilience. Moreover, it offers practical insights for enterprises seeking to enhance their business model resilience in the VUCA era.
