Torki Zughaibi is currently an Associate Professor of Forensic Science at King Abdulaziz University. He also serves as the Head of the Toxicology and Forensic Science Unit at the King Fahd Medical Research Center, King Abdulaziz University, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Dr. Zughaibi earned a B.S. in Forensic Science from Virginia Commonwealth University (August 2005–May 2009) and an M.S. in Forensic Science from the same university (August 2009–May 2011). From January 2012 to July 2017, he completed a Ph.D. in Chemistry at Florida International University. His research interests primarily include forensic science, forensic chemistry, and the study of drugs and explosives.
