Dr. Tanja Lužaić is an Assistant Professor and Research Associate at the Faculty of Technology Novi Sad, University of Novi Sad. She holds a PhD in Food Engineering, and her research focuses on vegetable oil and fat technology, particularly oilseed processing, cold-pressed oil production, edible oil refining and filtration, oil quality and oxidative stability, as well as the application of multivariate statistical analysis, mathematical modeling, and artificial neural networks for process prediction and optimization. She has authored or co-authored more than 100 scientific publications and conference contributions, including 16 papers in international scientific journals. She has also co-authored two international book chapters and one technical solution. She has participated in numerous national and international research projects and has reviewed more than 80 manuscripts for international scientific journals.
