Dr. Simone Perna is an Assistant Professor at the University of Milano and authored more than 200 scientific papers with an h-index of 32 (Scopus, 17 October 2023), and more than 300 abstracts as conference proceedings. He co-authored six book chapters. He has almost 10 years of teaching experience in human nutrition at the university level. He was a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Pavia, Italy until 2017. Currently, he works on several works of research on muscle-skeletal and metabolic disorders and various bioactives and (poly)phenols.
