Lourdes Moyano (Full professor), Dr. Chemical Sciences (1995), University of Córdoba (Spain). Director of the Department of Agricultural Chemistry, Soil Science, and Microbiology from 2017 to 2024. Co-inventor, at the European level, of three research patents. She has received several research awards in 1994, 2002, and 2025. She is the author and co-author of several articles covering a wide range of topics related to food, aromatic metabolites, phenolic compounds, etc. She is a Member of the Scientific Committee of the Enoforum Awards and a reviewer of various journals of international impact (Molecules, Talanta, Food Chemistry, Chromatography, Food Control, etc).
