Dr Francois Lemarchand is an expert in Deep Learning applications to Computer Vision problems, with a background in Cognitive Science and Software Engineering. He has completed his PhD in Computer Science at the University of Plymouth, United Kingdom, where he studied Computational Aesthetics to improve our understanding of human visual preferences. Dr Lemarchand has also a significant experience in developing inter-disciplinary collaborative environments thanks to his CogNovo Fellowship. He currently holds a position as Senior Data Scientist at Hummingbird Technologies and contributes to the development of AI solutions using remote sensing for the AgTech industry.
