Magdalena Zalewska is a Research Assistant Professor at the Department of Technique and Food Development, Institute of Human Nutrition Sciences, Warsaw University of Life Sciences. She earned a Ph.D. in Chemical and Process Enginiering from the Warsaw University of Technology. Magdalena Zalewska's research interests include instrumenal measurement of physical properties of food products.
