Biography
Yiwen Mei, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor at School of Geography and Planning at Sun Yat-sen University. His research focuses on the integration of remote sensing observation in hydrological modeling to advance the understanding and predictability of water cycle components and weather-related hazards. He has authored more than 30 publications in leading journals of the field. He is the associate editor of Journal of Hydrology since 2018.
