Mahesh Attimarad is an Associate Professor at the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, College of Clinical Pharmacy, King Faisal University. He received his Bachelor of Pharmacy from Gulbarga University in 1994, his Master of Pharmacy (Pharmaceutical Chemistry) from Bangalore University in 1996, and a Ph.D. from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (Pharmaceutical Chemistry) in 2005. His main research interests include the Development of new analytical methods for drug molecules in formulations and biological fluids; ; Bioavailability studies in rodents Microwave assisted synthesis of organic compounds; In-vitro antioxidant screening; Screening for anti-inflammatory and analgesic activities. He has 6 patents and more than 100 national and international publications in peer reviewed journals to his credit.
