Introduction: In the agricultural world there is a continuous loss of food, fiber and other commodities due to pests, disease and weeds before harvesting time. These losses had create lots of financial burden to the farm owners that might lead to shutting down of their daily business. Worldwide, there is an overall very high loss of agricultural products due to weeds growth alone. To counteract this problem most farmers resort to the use of agrochemicals to increase their production but compromising the health of their farmworkers. The purpose of the study will be to assess the relationship between the agrochemical particles and cardiovascular diseases among farmworkers. Method: Non-systematic review was used to collect data. The following database were use: Medline, EBSCO, and Science Direct to search for the existing journal articles. Results: This study addresses the relationship between agrochemicals particles and cardiovascular diseases in the farming industries using literature review. Discussion: Other researchers had already done an extensive research on the pathway of potential mechanisms linking the ultrafine particulate matter to cardiovascular diseases. The outcomes of those investigations were the clinical results of events that might lead to the development of myocardial infarction, congestive heart failure (CHF), stroke, arrhythmia and sudden death. Xenobiotic compounds that maybe implicated in the pathophysiology of human cardiovascular diseases, will be examined and included in this study. There is compelling evidence suggesting that toxic free radicals of pesticides play an important role in human health. Conclusion: There is a close relationship between agrochemicals particle and cardiovascular diseases.
The administration of adulterated illicit drugs is a serious public health concern worldwide. The highly affected participants are the youth who develop substance use disorder over time. The serious concern is the rate at which people suffering from substance use disorder (SUD) develop a lack of appetite. The study aimed to compile a manuscript to address the effect of the administration of illicit drugs on metabolism patterns. Several search engines were used to gather the data from several authors. There is clear evidence that the administration of adulterated drugs might affect their digestive metabolism pattern. Other studies have observed that the administration of cannabis might improve the appetite of those who suffer from SUD. Therefore, the health professionals who aid people suffering from SUD need to first introduce the eating pattern during the mitigation strategies. There is also clear evidence that highly affects the digestive component of the liver. The biotransformation of heroin and its metabolites involves hydrolytic reactions, that occur in the liver. Therefore, decreased food intake and hormone dysregulation modify the mechanisms of satiety. Further investigation is needed to assess the pharmacokinetics of adulterated drugs with other components of the digestive system.
The development of substance use disorder (SUD) is a worldwide. People that suffer from SUD has the potential of manifestation of metabolic syndrome (MetS). Obesity/overeating and the development of SUD share numerous similarities. The development of SUD use can lead to a variety of negative health issues, including manifestation of metabolic syndromes. To study will be to investigate the development of metabolic syndrome in individuals suffering from substance use disorders using existing literature. Data from previously published articles were collected and analysed to illustrate the development of metabolic syndrome of people suffer from the development of SUD. Data was collected using different search strategies applying combinations of various keywords related to the MetS and SUD. According to our research, those with SUD had better lipid profiles and reduced body weight and adiposity. Lower blood glucose levels were linked to opiate use in people with diabetes mellitus. Several authors from different countries showed that there were significant differences between people that suffer from SUD that might cause MetS. These were shown by both odds’ ratio and hazard ratio in different studies. Given that SUD, diabetes mellitus (DM), and hypertension are among the leading causes of the global burden of disease, the comorbid MetS with drug use is important. There is adequate evidence that show that during administration and/or withdrawal from adulterated drug significance modification of in nourishment choice and intake occur, with negative or positive health consequence.
Introduction: Every epidemic that breaks out could cause confusion and fear in society. Little is known regarding behavioural changes and health condition responses, despite the dramatic warning in the media. There is an extremely strong correlation between the onset of cardiovascular disease and the pandemic. Aim: The goal of the study was to find out how the pandemic's stress affected the heart's regular physiological processes. Methodology: Information about the potential effects of psychological stress brought on by the pandemic on cardiac physiological function was gathered from several databases. Using the various databases, studies that examined the relationship between stress on CVDs or the emergence of the pandemic and the cardiovascular system were found. A total of 37 studies were chosen for full assessment out of the more than 200 abstracts that were screened to ascertain whether all inclusion requirements were satisfied. Among these studies, one focused on evaluating the stress levels of front-line medical staff in China, particularly those working at a provincial hospital during the coronavirus outbreak and severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS). Discussion: As a result, a study revealed that medical staff members experienced significantly higher levels of moderate and severe anxiety than their administrative counterparts. Prior research on severe acute respiratory syndrome emphasised the importance of increasing awareness of mitigating strategies. Because a larger perceived danger of infection was more likely to result in an increase in cautionary events in contrast to contamination, this strategy was taken into consideration with the underlying insights of risk and anxiety. The implementation of control measures raises the stress level, which may cause CVD to develop.

Nyaope, a highly addictive high-grade heroin mixture combined with various adulterants, presented a severe socio-economic and public health crisis in South Africa. The administration of chronic exposure to nyaope induces systemic neurobehavioral alterations, including severe anxiety, motor deficits, cognitive impairment, and profound withdrawal-induced behavioral dysregulation. Moringa oleifera (MO), a botanical resource rich in bioactive flavonoids, alkaloids, and antioxidants, exhibits significant neuroprotective, anti-inflammatory, and anxiolytic properties. This study investigated the therapeutic potential of MO leaf extracts to reverse nyaope-induced systemic behavioral patterns using an in vivo rodent model. In the project, both male and female Wistar rats were monitored over nine (9) weeks in the Wits animal care center. The behavioral patterns that might be altered were investigated using the for-locomotor activity (Open Field Test), spatial working memory (Y-Maze), anxiety-like behavior (elevated plus maze) and cognitive memory (novel object recognition). The data were analyzed on a GraphPad Prism (Version 9.02) using repeated measures two-way and one-way ANOVAs, followed by appropriate post-hoc tests (p-value < 0.05). Most behavioral assessment tests demonstrated improved behavioral responses in the animal models following treatment with Moringa oleifera (MO). Overall, these findings suggest that MO treatment may have exerted beneficial effects on the behavioral outcomes assessed in the animal models. These findings demonstrate that administration of MO possesses potent neuroprotective properties. Crucially, treatment with MO significantly attenuated nyaope-induced behavioral alterations, restoring normal locomotor patterns and reducing anxiety-like traits. The findings indicate that MO exerts potential neuroprotective effects capable of mitigating and reversing systemic neurobehavioral disruptions caused by nyaope. Consequently, MO represents a promising naturally derived therapeutic candidate for mitigating neurochemical dysregulation and behavioral addiction patterns associated with nyaope abuse. There is a need for further research to assess the morphological modifications in the hippocampus and prefrontal cortex.
