Andrea Pilotto, M.D., is an Associate Professor of Neurology at the University of Brescia, Italy, and a Research Associate at the Karolinska Institute in Solna, Sweden. Dr. Pilotto’s research is focused on neurodegenerative diseases, specifically Parkinson's disease and Alzheimer's disease. He works to identify biological and digital markers to improve early diagnosis and track disease progression. He has also been a leader of the MDS Working Group on Digital Technology since 2023 and the Vice-Chair of the Biomarker Working Group of the Italian Society of Neurology since 2014.
