Runtao Yang was born in Dongying, Shandong, China, in 1989. He received a B.S. degree in engineering from the School of Mechanical, Electrical and Information Engineering, Shandong University at Weihai in 2011, and a Ph.D. degree in Control Science and Engineering from Shandong University in 2016. He is currently a lecturer with the School of Mechanical, Electrical and Information Engineering, Shandong University at Weihai. His research interests include swarm intelligence robotics, bioinformatics, and system biology.
